Namya (she/her)

Namya is a Trauma informed therapist who works with concerns of Childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties and neurodivergence.

Namya has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She holds a Diploma in Conflict Transformation & Peacebuilding from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. She has done her Bachelor’s in Psychology (Honours) from Christ University, Bangalore.

Namya utilises an eclectic approach in her practice, which includes elements of Trauma informed therapy, Person centred therapy and Cognitive Behaviour therapy. Her practice is both neurodivergent and queer friendly. The corner stones of her therapeutic approach lie in effective communication and empathy, allowing clients to feel comfortable to express themselves.

She is fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
